Summary

Rebranded the digital presence of Espacio Monitor, a contemporary art gallery in Caracas, with a minimalist, motion-led interface serving both collectors and casual visitors.

Outcome

Delivered a full prototype walkthrough, including a slideshow-driven homepage, dynamic menu, and filterable exhibition/artist archives, published on Behance.

A digital home for Latin American contemporary art

Espacio Monitor is a contemporary art gallery founded in 2014 in Caracas, Venezuela, supporting and promoting contemporary visual creation with priority given to Venezuelan and Latin American artists. The existing website wasn't doing that work justice, so the rebrand needed to inform visitors about current and past exhibitions, and build a digital catalogue of artists and collectable art for an international audience of collectors and enthusiasts.

Two audiences, one calm interface

Research surfaced two distinct visitors: collectors who wanted a gallery-like way to browse collectable art, and enthusiasts who just wanted to stay inspired. I answered both with a minimalist, motion-led interface, a slideshow-driven homepage, dynamic menu, and smooth vertical scrolling, built around dedicated archives for exhibitions and artists that visitors can filter by medium.
