Summary

Designed allbranded's turnkey branded-merch shop product, letting any B2B customer launch a fully branded store from a 10,000+ product catalogue without a design team or developer.

Outcome

Shipped as a live product, with shops launching in 10-15 working days, HR-tool integrations (Personio, HiBob, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365) for automated onboarding, and a live dashboard for tracking orders, stock, and budgets.

Our B2B customers wanted branded merch, without building a shop from scratch

Businesses want to hand out or sell branded products to employees and customers, but sourcing items, designing a shop, and handling fulfillment is more overhead than most teams can take on alongside their day job. At allbranded, we kept hearing this from our own customers, so we set out to build a turnkey shop product instead of leaving them to figure it out alone.

A fully branded shop, live in 10–15 working days

As part of the product team at allbranded, I designed a shop that lets any company pick from over 10,000 products in our catalogue, get free design mockups to fit their identity, and launch a store matched to their colors, fonts, and logo — no code, no design team, no server to maintain. Every order is then packed and shipped by our own logistics team.

Built to run itself

HR-tool integrations (Personio, HiBob, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and more) automate account access, onboarding gifts, and birthday perks. Our live dashboard tracks orders, stock, and budgets, while tiered pricing — free at a set order volume, no setup fees, a 3-month trial — lets each shop scale with however much a team actually uses it.
